For Jackie, overnight newborn care is about more than helping parents get a good night's sleep.
It is about bringing a calm, knowledgeable and reassuring presence into the home during one of the most beautiful and often most exhausting seasons of family life.
Jackie provides individualized overnight care based on each baby's developmental stage, temperament, feeding needs and emerging rhythms. She supports families with feeding, soothing, settling, sleep routines and newborn care while respecting each family's parenting choices and preferences.
Her extensive background in child development allows her to look beyond the immediate task of caring for a baby and understand the developmental needs behind a baby's cues and behaviors.
Jackie's approach is never about forcing every baby into the same schedule. She believes babies are individuals, families are different, and good newborn care begins with observing, listening and responding appropriately.
Her goal is simple
- Baby is safely and attentively cared for.
- Parents are able to rest.
- And the entire household feels more supported.

What a night looks like
Depending on the family's needs, overnight support may include:
- Feeding and bottle preparation
- Breastfeeding support
- Burping and diapering
- Soothing and settling
- Observing sleep and hunger cues
- Developmentally appropriate sleep support
- Overnight care documentation
- Cleaning feeding supplies used during the shift
- Light nursery organization related to baby's care
- Practical parent guidance when requested
Every overnight care plan is individualized to the baby and family.
A note from Jackie
Bringing someone into your home to care for your baby overnight requires tremendous trust. I don't take that lightly.
When I arrive at your home, my goal is to bring calm, not more pressure.
I'm not there to replace your instincts as a parent. I'm there to support you as you learn your baby and your baby learns you.
You don't have to navigate every night alone.
